Returns Policy

We currently do not provide the option of returning Ultroz products. 

Cancellation Policy

Steps to raise a return request

  • Notify our team within 3 hours of order created and share the issue particulars using Contact us link at the bottom of this page.
  • Our Customer Support (CS) team will connect with you and understand the issue.
  • On cancellation done, we will process the refund within 72 hours from the cancellation request.
  • Once the refund is processed, it shall reflect in your bank account within 15 business days.


Refund Policy

In case of cancellation, the cancellation request must be submitted within 3 hours of placing the order. Once the request is received, we will initiate the refund within 15 days. Once the refund is initiated, the amount shall reflect in your bank account within 8-10 business days.


Partial Fulfillment Scenario

We strive to provide the best experience to all our customers and are always dedicated to achieving the same. In any unfortunate case, wherein we are unable to fulfil the complete order; the amount towards pending articles will be refunded. Refunds will be initiated as mentioned in the Refund Process above. Available articles will be fulfilled and shipped.



This policy is for the benefit of our buyers and supports them in their business. We reserve the right to discontinue services and/or block the account of such users, who are found to be misusing or exploiting these policies or making fraudulent requests; without prior notice.
